(Warrenville, Illinois) Oct. 19, 2022— ENTRUST Solutions Group is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Magellan Advisors, LLC. The transaction is expected to close next month.

ENTRUST Solutions Group is excited to enter this partnership with the Denver-based Magellan Advisors, which partners with utilities, municipalities, co-ops, and tribal organizations to build transformational fiber and broadband networks. The company offers turnkey fiber and broadband planning, grant development, engineering, design, deployment, and operations, giving clients a single, integrated solution for network deployment.
